India Looking For Big Turnaround On Day 2 After Early Turmoil

It felt like India and England played on two different pitches on Wednesday. While India got thrashed for a score of 78 runs, England on the very same day, scored 120 runs without losing a single wicket. After a much hulahu post the second Test match, India were dominated in quite some fashion by England. James Anderson’s swing bowling with the new ball yesterday was a pure master-class on fast bowling in England.

While Jimmy Anderson pitched up and swung in and out from the same spot, Indian bowlers were all over the place and kept on bowling in the good-length area.

It will be an interesting day of cicket where India will be under tremendous pressure. How Kohli and his men cope up with the pressure will be an interesting thing to look out for.

With 10 wickets still in hand and two very fine young batsmen at the crease, the Indian afternoon might belong to the English batsmen.
