Indian Batsman Eye A Good Start After Clinical Bowling Performance

Nottingham: Day 2 of the India vs England 1st Test match starts at 3:30 pm IST at Trent Bridge in England. Indian bowlers did a splendid job, especially Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami. It is not often that Indian fast-bowlers pick up all the 10 wickets on the first day of an overseas England Test match, but Indian bowlers did it on Wednesday.

England has got all-out for 183 runs where captain Joe Root scored the highest 64 runs. In reply on Day 1, India managed to score 21 runs in 13 overs without losing a wicket. Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul are present at the crease.

The ball is swinging late and is also seaming off the wicket due to the presence of uneven grass on the Trent Bridge wicket. There are some showers expected on Day 2, that will help the pacers that’s why the Indian batsmen will have to be even more careful.
