DM Gautam Budh Nagar has informed about mid day meal program for construction workers. Construction workers come from many states in search of work. They do not have proper arrangement for meals. This affects their health and capacity to work. UP Government has started a mid day meal program for registered construction workers. Under this mid day meal program all registered construction workers will be provided food on payment of Rs 10 per head only. Balance amount to meet the cost of food will be given as subsidy by the government.
